Hi, I completely forgot to take my injection last night. I feel so stupid. How anyone else done this? I'm just wondering if I should just take it now or double dose tonight 😢

I'm nowhere near your stage in terms of starting my journey, but I reckon I'd call clinic and ask... Because I'd want their reassurance. Because if it didn't work I'd always worry it was something to do with this event. They might tell you what to do dependent on how long you've been taking it.

We're just trying to get hold of the clinic now. I've been taking it for two days so missed my third. X

Times you wish they would just answer eh? I'd totally end up here asking too.

I'm no dr... But if have hoped that it would be early enough to do something about x

Hi Rach_316. Only just read this. You shouldn't really double dose, just carry on as usual and don't worry about the "missed" one. Diane
