Swollen tummy after failed cycle. Help

Hi

I had my 2nd failed round of ivf and had a negative test 2 weeks ago, followed my a heavy period.

So two weeks on I still have a swollen tummy and look about 6 months pregnant.

Is this normal to still have a swollen tummy this long after?

I know after my 1st cycle my tummy went down quite quickly.

Hi this happened to me the first cycle I was fine the second really a swollen which made me feel really horrible and I just ate more. In the end I had to find the motivation to detox and get rid of the bloated feeling. I lost nearly a stone in 7 days. Try Jason Vale detox plan.

Are you uncomfortable or in pain? If so call your clinic so they can rule out a secondary infection. I had a major one after my first round of IVF. But I wasn't given the precautionary antibiotic as I am allergic to it and somehow I wasn't given an alternative.

Hi katybr, I too have a similar bloated tummy. I had my egg collection last Thursday after mild stimulation IVF, which was also my second cycle of IVF.

I'm not sure whether it is just the after effects of the egg collection, or everything has slowed down and my digestive system is a bit 'sluggish'. I sit down all day at a computer so probably both statements apply. Just been for my first gentle gym session. Not for everyone I know.
