Relaxation? Yes is safe to travel, use your head and don't do crazy activities! Double check what foods, etc to avoid, and have a great time! Happy dance regardless!

Hi gill76. It is always a worry to know what to do for the best when flying after treatment, early on in pregnancy. Obviously you are best guided by what your GP/midwife recommends. However, I do speak with couples that go to the USA for treatment and travel back to the UK on the same or next day after embryo transfer, or early pregnancy - if they have combined their treatment with a holiday. They all seem to continue with their on-going pregnancy, and I rarely hear of any that don’t – and I’ve been “at this game” a long time! Most couples that conceive naturally do not know that they are pregnant for a month at least, usually longer and loads of those are regular “fliers” too. I am sorry if I have confused you further, but if it were me, I would be off – you’ve deserved a break - enjoy! Diane
