i have had bleeding which i thought was my arrival of my period after sex but twice this has happened but no period i am on day 22/23

i am both confused ans worried i am sure my period would arrive has this happened to anyone else?if so i dont want to think its implantation bleeding but i cant help but wonder

Thank you , I have had 1 whole day of light bleeding yesterday so it seems I have had a much lighter period but will see doctor just to get checked out
