Getting my 2nd ivf treatment could anyone help

Hi my first ivf treatment failed ( I had an blastocyst with an 55% chance of conceiving but it failed

Now I will be getting another ivf treatment done in November. Need some help, tips that could help me.

Hi, unfortunately there are no magic rules to follow to guarantee success - if only there were! But you need to think about your health and stress in the run up and during the treatment, so you may wish to not only focus on your diet, but consider acupuncture or meditation to help you through this time. Also, think about what you will do in the 2ww - keep on working, take leave or something in between.

I found that for me I needed to work out what regime I was going to follow, which may not include everything I could do (as that would be too much for me), on the basis that if I looked back at the end of the treatment and it was unsuccessful I wouldn't beat myself up about it.

Also, probably worth having some sessions with your counsellor as they will be able to help find a way through to help you - mine gave me some really valuable tools that helped my circumstances.
