Skin Pigmentation

hello, just wondering if any of you had pigmentation when pregnant, specifically on your face ? It always came up on my apps as something to look out for but only started to show just now & wondering if it will go on its own or whether I need something specifically for it. Kate x

Hi there, I’m 20 weeks today and have some on my cheeks.. it’s small but visible. It’s my first so I’m hoping it will go away and that’s what the obstetrician says.. but I guess I’ll have to wait and see! Not helpful I know but thought I would just say “me too”! 😊 congrats on your pregnancy x

Same, mine is only small too but I’m aware it’s there. Worth it though 💫 congratulations on your pregnancy too & thank you for replying x

Hi! I didn't. But I remember my best friend got it on her face and her doctor said that skin pigmentation are common during pregnancy. She did get something to apply on it and was told to use sunscreen daily. Good luck! x

Good evening , I've literally got red marks/spots all over my face and also brown patches. Im 5w 6d and just want that glow hahaha... not bad skin, I never suffer with bad skin. Could be tje fact im on IVF meds as well as my body pepducing the hormones. Hope your all doing OK.

Hey, I haven’t on my face but my chest has basically gone completely dark up until the point where the cleavage begins

It’s horrendous and I keep getting told it will go away x

Fingers crossed it does, I haven’t noticed on any other parts of my body. Mines on the top of my cheekbones and above my eye… so random x going to order some cream that’s sage for use in pregnancy to see if that helps x
