exercise?

Hi folks, I’m currently 12+3 with my first (IVF) pregnancy. To date I’ve stuck to yoga and walking but I’d love to get back outside and do some light jogging… I think it would make we feel better. I used to run twice a week religiously and then cut back when I got on the IVF machine. Is it okay for me to get back out there? I’m thinking <5ks. Any similar experiences or advice? Thanks!

I’m 22 weeks and still out jogging once or twice per week, having kept it up throughout. I’ve dropped from 3 miles to 2 and obviously much slower pace. I checked with midwife who said it was fine to keep going as long as I feel ok. Some safety tips… stay hydrated and avoid overheating. Take it easy and listen to your body. Some days I’ve had to stop after a few mins but that’s ok. Oh and tmi but my bladder control isn’t as great now so I’d recommend a tenna light or something similar 😂 Good luck 🙂
