anyone else had this and can suggest any kind of relief? I’ve found a couple of stretches to do which help short term. I’m 33 weeks on Friday and I just want to be up and about. I couldn’t put any weight on my left leg on Monday so I went to an oesteopath and I can put a little bit of weight on it now. But it’s quite sore and can’t walk any distance xxx

This is one of the more common aches that show up in pregnancy -causing sciatic type pain -deep in your buttocks and sometimes a shooting pain down your leg as you walk Try a cold application [cold pad ] on the affected side - avoid standing or sitting to long - sleep with a pillow under your belly and between your legs - some light stretching

Hope tis is helpful

I hadn't even heard of this Boo! My anxiety for the first 20 weeks of pregnancy (well, let's be honest, some is still there!!) has meant I haven't read up on as much as I should have. But I hope you're doing a bit better! 33 weeks, that's so exciting xx
