Be extra careful with your food ladies 🥴

Well I got very ill with food poisoning. Luckily I managed to stay home with keeping fluids down the next day.

Midwife and doctors checked me over for two days.

Little one is absolutely fine 🙏🏼💗

Being on my hands and knees vomiting and peeing myself certainly wasn’t pleasant.

I think it was from my salmon! Fresh piece too honestly it can happen to anyone of us

Be extra careful with food prep and washing of hands PLEASE 😰

I am back to normal today and it feels good

Sorry to hear this Fudge, food poisoning is the worst so can't imagine it when pregnant. Also a fear of mine at the moment, I get a little paranoid. Glad baby is still doing well 💗💫💗 thanks for the warning xxx

Ah no!! Glad to hear you are on the mend. I was recently on holiday and only when I came back I realised that some of my food choices had probably not been the best, (although thankfully they didn’t make me feel unwell), so I’m keeping a closer eye now. Not long to go for you!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Yep it’s soon come around now 🫣 xx

I had this last week too! It was sooo miserable. Feel like my nausea has been worse since but seems to have eased off today. I’m usually pretty resilient and get better really quickly when I’m ill so it really knocked me off my feet! I have no idea what caused mine. Hope you feel better soon!

Oh gosh I hear you. I ended up in A&E with an overnight stay a few weeks back, after a lovely day at the safari for little ones 2nd birthday, thanks to a co-op recall product I had for lunch! Felt like labour pains all down my side. It made me consider a c section I'll give it that 😂 xx

Oh no Holly 😵‍💫 honestly it was so bad we nearly did ring an ambulance. I’ve pulled all the muscles in my tummy and finding it hard to move around I am not sure I could go into labour right now it would be awful 😣 Hate to think what my partner saw with me on my hands and knees with things coming out of all ends 🫣😂. Glad it’s over!xx

How are you? Are you anywhere near organised?!?!? Xx

I still don’t have my hospital bag organised.. still need to buy some pj’s and maternity pads etc… I am so busy at work at the moment that I am truly chasing my tail. Otherwise all good thanks. I should be a bit more bothered/worried about the actual birth I’m sure 😄glad you’re better

So glad you are your little one are okay. Was it smoked salmon? As there was a recent warning to avoid it but not widely publicised. Glad you’re on the mend x
