Myself and my partner been dring for 6years for a baby. Finaly after 4 years our gynecologist offered a IVF. That was May 2024 (Omg exciting but nervous)
Had all the scans and test done all good. Im 29 and have pcos , my partner he is 33 and has lowish sper count hence why we struggling.
Now im on waiting list to see gynecologist again and to go forward to clinic which should hear back end September.
Does anyone have any advice on all this or can help and say what to expect and how does the whole process work. Im based in uk and going throught NHS.

Have you started your IVF journey yet?
Due to my age we had to do it privately. There’s lots of information online about the stages and steps. There are some women who’ve done video diaries on YouTube. This was helpful to me.
The main thing is to be chilled, stress-free, sleep well, eat well and take all meds and vitamins. Let me know if you need any advice. x
