I would like to ask if anyone has passed through the same situation and what treatment worked for them.
I was found to ve KIR AB and HLA C2C2 and partner is HLA C2C2. Our embryos will all be C2C2 and that causes an incompatibility which might hinder implantation. I was recommended aspirin, steroids and neuopogen ( GCSF). I am hesitant to take neuopogen as it has severe side effects and might affect the spleen and raises WCC to high levels.
Anyone passed through the same situation? What has helped in your situation?

Your question.is quite complicated as KIR and HLA tests are not done routinely. I was also tested for both due to 3 chemical pregnancies but our results came back as being compatible and both me and my husband are C1. We did the final transfer of 2 embryos PGS tested and I was also on aspirin, steroids, blood thinner, antibiotics and we been successful. I cannot comment about neuopogen, have no idea. Ask your clinic to give your more details about medications...this might help you to take a final decision. Good luck 🤞
