Low hcg levels, unsure

Hi everyone;

My story is i had my period on the 13th of september, then on the 8th of october i thought i was having another period and had had a negative blood test 2 days before.

Then on the 16th i started spotting, took a pregnancy test and it was faint. Went to the doctors, they immediately did a HCG. On the 18th of october it was 67, and then the 22nd, it was only 157.

This is my first ever pregnancy, i am freaking out because i wanted this so badly. My partner and i did everything we could to try and be successful. I really don't want to lose it

If it goes by my first day of last period, then it will be 6 weeks... but my HCG is low for 6 weeks

But then i feel like my bleeding episode that occurred on the 8th was 'implantation' so then i would only really be like 2 weeks ??? I am so confused and worried.. and going in for another blood test on the 25th.

Does any one have any advice or stories?
