Hi just after some advice my tinzaparin blood thinning injection was an hour later tonight than my usual time will this still be ok? I just totally forgot at the normal time that I do it I usually do it at 745 and ended up doing it at 910? Do they have to be the same time every day I wasn’t told at the clinic? Thanks in advance
