Hi, starting my FET. I have to start taking the Progynova today orally and vaginally. Is this the same tablet?!!! It’s all I seem to have. I have also called the clinic but it’s shut so called the emergency bit and they will be getting a nurse to call me back but it’s been a while now.

Thanks Girls

No, it can't be the same tablet. The medication differs based on the route of its administration - even if the medicine component is same. It's plain progesterone but the formulation must be different for oral and vaginal. Don't just insert the oral ones down there - contact your pharmacy to get you both the types. The vaginal ones are called pessaries. Hope this helps!

I spoke to he nurse and nope it’s the same tablet just in both entrances. She assured me it was correct and I am not the only one to have to ask about it
