Really sorry for your previous loss and congrats on your pregnancy this time. How far on are you? If in doubt do contact your gp / EPC at hospital even for peace of mind. It can be normal in pregnancy to experience crampy pains, twinges etc as womb grows, ligaments stretch etc. However, if they are accompanied by bleeding you need to get checked out. I suffered an ectopic pregnancy 4 years ago. The only symptoms I had were sudden bright red bleeding and awful pain. It was a frightening and very difficult time. I can understand your concern s with your previous loss, as on top of my ectopic pregnancy I have had 2 miscarriages too. It is an anxious time when you get pregnant again after a loss. Have you had a scan yet? For assurance get in touch with your health provider. Xo

That's great you have your scan coming up soon. Glad to hear there is no bleeding and also pain easing. Try not to worry. One day at a time! Always remember if you are sore or you want assurance just call your gp/EPU. That's what they are there for! Take care.x

I agree with poppy any pain with bleeding I would get checked over. Also if you have pain more on one side get looked at and shoulder pain can be an indication. I haven't been through one only a early miscarriage but from what I've heard I'd imagine you would be in severe pain and would be rushed to hospital- it would be that bad. If you are worried always seek medical advice.

Oh and congratulations on your pregnancy I wish you the very best and I hope it is smooth sailing. It is emotionally difficult becoming pregnant after a miscarriage but I'm sure the medics will keep a close eye on you both xoxo 😘
