Egg Quality

When i had my consultation my Dr told me that my body is ready for pregnancy and all my bloods and hormones are all working fine and i produced about the right number of follicles considering i hadn't had any stims does this mean that i have a decent amount of eggs,or is this nothing to go off, is there still a chance my ovaries are producing a low quality and a low quantity even though everything on the test was showing normal? xxx
