The 2 week wait

Hello ladies. I'm new here and have never posted before, but have spent hours reading since my ivf journey began! I am now on day 5 post embryo transfer. We had 5 blastocysts, but by the ec 4 were not good enough to freeze. So we had just the one grade b transferred. I was devastated. Convinced that that was that. I've been up and down since, as I've experienced AF type cramping on and off since day 1. I had large boobs day 4 with a visable vein (this is new) but boobs shrank again the next day?! I've got a AF type head ache this evening with cramping, so now loosing hope again. My only other symptom was severe lower back ache on day 2. All very confusing and frustrating. Any words of advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
