Liver enzymes

Is it possible to go from years of elevated enzymes and at their highest on 3/5/21-AST 134 and ALT 227 to 4/5/21-AST 42 and ALT 77 just by eliminating Humira, ALL alcohol and starting decent diet?

And on March 11 a liver fibrosis test showing minimal fibrosis but severe activity.

Should I assume 4/5/21 test not accurate? Help, I need answers.

Thanks in advance

Hi Mimi

Liver enzymes can change a lot for a lot of reasons so the tests are probably accurate but don't really tell you much about your liver. The fibrosis test is not perfect but is a better indication of your situation. You should get some more testing and you need to deal with the apparent inflammation but try to relax a little.
