I totally reversed my NASH! My last ultrasound reported mild NFLD. I’m on a whole plant based diet and lost 27 pounds! I’m also a RN and received my covid vaccine it truly works my whole family got covid my 29 yr old son in perfect health had to be hospitalized but is currently home and doing well! Guess what I’m the only one who didn’t get it!

I'm so happy for you. Not only that, I confirm your position. I found out yesterday, I reversed my Nash as well - I lost 10 percent of my body weight and changed my diet (mainly plant based). It does work. It did work. For the first time in 5 years my tests are normal. The doctor was as thrilled as me. He said only 10% of his patients actually go through with this because they find the weight loss hard to do. But we've proven (as Wayne has also proven) that it works, it really works!!!!!!!!! Now let's celebrate with a delicious glass of seltzer. HaHa.

Hello! I’m happy for you! How long did it take to you to reverse it? I have elevated liver enzymes and I probably NAFLD too.
