I'm sorry to have to say that you are asking a question we can't answer. A high bilirubin is often a sign of liver disease progressing beyond fatty liver to NASH where the liver is being damaged but that is a medical question to be talking to your doctors about. If you were being treated for COVID there is a lot we don't know so we aren't much help I guess but it is important to get more information about your liver's condition in order to plan next steps.
