Is is good to avoid wheat made things for liver fibrosis f3 stage ? As some dietitian says that gluten is bad for all people?

I'm not personally aware of research that proves gluten to be bad for everyone. Certainly there are some who, because of their genetics, can't eat it but people have lived on cereal grains for thousands of years. We can, of course, eat too much of anything at one time so dose is something to consider

So true. I did food testing and had become sensitive to some food that I was eating daily. By backing off of them, am hoping to give my body a break.

I’m not allergic to gluten, and have used a variety of grains. There are even cauliflower and almond based products now too. The pasta is pretty good!
