Take a deep breath ....

have you asked your GP if the patches will be harmful to you?.

Do you have smoking advice centres that deal with assisting you to kick the habit? . Or even speaking with a local pharmacist should be able to give you some good information, all you need to do now go and get it !!!.

Energy.... smoking contributes to lack of energy (fact). Clogging up your lungs and arteries, which in turn will be slowly causing damage to all organs in your body, including your LIVER....

Every day with out that cigarette will be so beneficial for you, it will surprise you how quickly you will start to see results. Breathe easier, won’t feel so lethargic, appetite and food will taste good, then you will be able to concentrate on your levels of exercise to improve your energy levels slowly. It’s not going to be easy for you !!. You now have two choices?, what’s it to be? .🤔

Good luck & best wishes 👌.

Hi there, I downloaded the app "stop smoking" which helped me so much. I am recommending it to all my friends wanting to stop. We are now about 5 that used this successfully. But mostly its a case of praying. Good luck, it van be done. Oh ja, another thing that helped a lot was changing my routine totally.
