So I have been on this chat for awhile and I have asked a lot of questions I sure hope nobody is getting tired of them! But I was diagnosed with Nash f2 back in 2017 I was 27 I am now almost 29 and just found out I am pregnant! I am so happy but I also am terrified!!! Has anyone every had Nash and been pregnant?! I just am worried about my health and the baby!! I have this past year lost 48 pounds and my alt and ast and all those numbers are well within the normal range they actually where both 27 last blood work..... is that normal for alt and ast to be the same number if they are in the normal range..... I am still eating better then I used to and been trying to get my exercise in! Any information for me I would much appreciate!!

Congratulations. You are wise to take the risk seriously. Ideally a hepatologist is working with your gynecologist. Balancing the needs of your baby with those of your own body is important but women have managed the situation successfully. Diet and exercise are key to both but it should be with the help of your care team. Losing that weight was very important so you are on the right track.

Congratulations 😊 agree with Wayne make sure you have your liver specialist working closely with your gynaecologist. And big congratulations also on your weight loss, keeping a healthy balance of diet and exercise is key and you have proved this has been really beneficial.

Best wishes.
