I was diagnosed with fatty liver in November of 2018 and was wondering if anyone in this group has had any issues with Xarelto causing liver issues. Thanks so much

I cant say if that could not happen but in my case I was diagnosed with fatty liver in 2004 and started on Xarelto in 2012 . Before that I was prescribed Atorvastatin in 2004 and in mid 2018 I discontinued it ( with other changes ) and on my first blood test which was late 2018 my serum Liver Function Test was normal - thats after 14 years of out of range tests and taking a statin - could be an abnormality and just a coincidence but Xeralto hasnt in my case been the culprit.
