Hi Living

a lot of women with NASH have had babies. Most didn't know that they had the disease so you are ahead of the game in that respect. One thing to understand is that the liver makes a lot of hormones and if it is struggling a lot of things like fertility can be affected. It is a question that needs to be taken to a hepatologist since it is a complex problem and everyone's journey is different but people who have been able to manage the disease through diet and exercise to give the organ a chance to stabilize have seen a variety of problems improve. No one out here can really advise you about pregnancy but we certainly wish you well.

Most people don't know that PCOS is a comorbid condition of NASH your hepatologist and your gynecological need to work closely together
