Hello, I have been reading some of the interesting questions in regards to stage four Nash. I have a crazy one. My saliva seems to be as thick as glue. I have a cough, caused by this sticky, spit. Anyone?

Haven't heard that one. My first thought would be to make sure you don't have an infection in your salivary glands

Hi there. Oh gosh yes, over the year thick saliva on tongue. I have always cleaned my tongue with a tongue cleaner. Gentle scrape of tongue pulls off thick green glue like sputum . This happens every morning. I drink loads of water. Was told by new doctor not to scrape it. My breath smells from it. I gargle rinse and brush morning and night. Every morning same thing. Dr. gave me lozenges for antifungal. Seemed better after 10 days. Then it came back with a vengence. Sorry to hear somene else has it too. Will update after my next dr visit next week

Yes, I have it too but also when this appears I have a very dry mouth along with it. Hope you both feel better soon. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
