I can relate....

Hello. I saw this topic at FLF, and I had to join. I am a diabetic for 18 years. I have a great family, but if they don't see explicit signs of outward illness, then to them I am just not sick! So I deal with my illness mostly alone. I found out about NAFLD from researching choline. There is no RDA for choline, only an adequate intake AI. Well from study of choline I found out about fatty liver. Wow. This is something I have never considered. Who knows, I could have it and I will definitely mention it to my doctor. I am here to learn to eat and live to keep my liver in good shape, as far as possible.(I meant this to be a reply to a post by Nash 2, but I must have posted incorrectly?)

Thanks Brn

It takes almost an act of god to change the database. IT doesn't like me to bother them with that. Most people in the community will make the connection so thanks for your testimony. It is something many of us face.
