There is always something you can do. I changed what I ate exercises and now my liver enzymes are low. Good luck. I'm in a worse boat than you. Have hemochromatosis also and sleep apnea. Dealing with it all as best I can dont give up!

thankyou for the reply sorry to hear about the iron problem, yes I have stopped all processed meats and tryin to stay on a low fat diet and keep blood sugar in zinc...and exercise as mmuch as I can, yes I have had sleep apnea since 1991 even had the surgery before the sleep machines were affordable,,,,
