The most frustrating thing about being diagnosed with NASH for me was when the doctor just said: "you have cirrhosis, sorry we have no treatment". I eventually learned that really meant we have no pill, but the idea that we have no treatment is just wrong. Fatty liver responds to diet and eating things that make it work as little as possible. Logical but not something that was really talked about when I first learned I had a problem.
