Hi Hidden ... a link to this article was deleted by admin elsewhere. It does include adverts - but some organizations have to try to cover their costs. Can you see much wrong with it?
They only mention Fasting as an option, but most of the advice is good, but:
It is possible (for us) to eat too much protein (but Eskimos thrived on a meat-only diet for millennia). A westerner survived on an Inuit diet for a year - I think he had to eat organ meat to get adequate vitamins:
Hi S11m , well you are putting me on the spot here...
So please let me explain the difference between a spammer and someone who recommends a product or a web site.
A spammer has a financial interest so is promoting a product/web site for their financial gain.
A recommendation is exactly that with no financial interest by the person who recommends it.
I personally do not have a problem with this link and use Healthline myself sometimes for info.
I see blatant copyright violation with copyrighted images being displayed on many HU forums with no acknowledgement to the original source when I'd rather deal with a 100 spammers than one copyright lawyer...
Some groups have their own rules, I comply with HU terms and conditions with courtesy and respect and am not going to judge other admin.
I hope that this answers your question and clarifies things.
