Have been doing 12/12 for the last 3 days and sticking to approx 800 or just under. Eating really well and well into the intermittenting fasting- really like it. I am more conscious of what I am eating now more P & P. ( plant and protein ) it just seems so natural. Have lost 3lbs since Monday.
Away tomorrow, hoping to be able to continue with my 12/12
