Hi everyone,
I saw these articles giving advice about intermittent fasting on a plant based diet, I love some of the foods on One green planet's page.
I think its interesting how eating avocado's can help satiate us even tho' they pack quite a calorie punch. The other thing I find interesting is caffeine can dehydrate us when fasting, I think black coffee would give me the jitters on an empty stomach.
