Autophagy is one of the main benefits of Intermittent Fasting, but searching Health Unlocked for Autophagy does not lead to this forum, or any post or reply on it. (I have now made this post public, so it does.)

They taught me that there are some “essential amino acids” which we cannot create (e.g. lysine) – that is why vegans have to be careful where they get their protein.
