I don’t know how to input my weight or how to communicate. I am told to go to pinned posts but I don’t know what that means.

Hi DoctorRascal if you close EXI and open it again (or close the broswer that HealthUnlocked opens in) you should be able to go to the "Health" tab in the EXI app to add your weight there. Pinned posts are just here in Heath Unlocked - you might need to close and reopen EXI to get to the Health tab.
