Enema

Hi. Im interested in hearing peoples experience of enemas and the MOP approach if anyone here has done that. Also interested to hear ERICs view on tbe MOP protocol. Thanks

we tried M.O.P. for a number of months with my daughter. She had history of uti and daytime wetting, tried different medications which then led to constipation. We did think it helped however we got to the stage where she would have to go into the next step and I wasn’t happy to proceed without a doctor overseeing it. She is in a better place with her bowels, I do still use an enema if she’s not going as well as she should be
