my wee girl drinks so much and eats well but she has started not peeing and when she does it could be 15hrs from she last peed and it goes everywhere that’s with a nappie on . I have had her at the doctors and there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong but she tells me it hurts and points down below also the same with poos she goes 4 days without pooing and she is on so much pain . The doctor have give me laxido but doesn’t seem to be working . Any suggestions what I can do or try 😫

Toilet routine, potty a couole of her dolls/ bears make it a game and draw aome poo shapes, colour in shapes make a game out of it. Show her its ok to use potty/ toilet and exercise/ fluids with fibre. Chia seeds helps can be mixed with anything, put in breakfast ceareal. Routine helps and a fidget toy/ music helped. Keeps occupied and dosen't notice if she's relaxed enough.
