First big accident in weeks

Hi…. At a loss.

Daughter is 9, been suffering with this for 6 years and still don’t understand it.

She was disimpacted over the summer. We worked slowly down to a maintenance dose of 4 sachets. She has a fibre sachet and 2.5ml of pico.

We have had small marks and varying from small to large bowel movements. All type 4/5.

Tonight she had a big accident. Said she didn’t know. Does she need more movicol? More pico?

She drinks 1.4l minimum a day and has plenty of fruit and veg. Gluten and dairy free too.

We have no idea what we are doing or doing wrong.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
