My 4 yrs old daughter holding again bcz of fungal infection outside anus..we use steroid but still it's not working. She is doing 4 times poo in a day .she have rashes from more than 1 months ..Any one have same experience??

Request a different medication from your gp to treat the infection. Keep the stools nice and soft with an osmotic laxative and potentially add a stimulant to the regime to help things along so that the withholding does not happen.
