Since then up & down the stairs changing he's pants. Even had to take Day off school. He's bevioour is not good. Wasn't good before but far worse.

He has no energy. Can't be bothered. Can't get a phone onversation with the doctors for 2 weeks. Even though I told I want a urgent appointment.

He has consitpation from being a baby.

Would take him to hospital. But because of he autism. I would have to take him kicking & screaming.

I would disimpact with Movicol Half. This can be used from 12-17 years old. Disimpact him and put a toilet routine in place. That's definitely helped us.

If he is chronically constipated then he probably won't have much energy. Do you have a local paediatric continence Nurse? Or try looking on the ERIC website.

He's to old for movical now. That's why he has moved on to cosmocol. Not in touch with any nurse.

There's Movicol Half for 12-17 year old and then an adult Movicol.

Cosmocol is just a cheaper version of movicol. My son is on it. You need to do a full disimpaction. Watch the poo nurses video. It could take months on 12 sachets to shift all the stuck poo. I expect there’s going to be loads. Easter holidays so start now!

Hi

I am a chronic sufferer and don’t usually use forums however I have to advise that after many hospital treatments and impactation x rays and scans and straining I have found something that is a miracle worker you can buy more expensive brands, which I have no need Aldi one is just as good it’s cheap under 3.00 it’s called milled (must be milled) linseed golden omega. By harvest morn you sprinkle on anything has no taste so can be used on any food in tea drinks anything it is absolutely amazing I was on 10 movicol a day with a laxative and saw some very expensive specialists and I can honestly say you have to try it!!!!! Aldi online try it I used it had 4 tea spoons 2 morning 2 night after 10 movicol for a week daily and nothing left it and used this and the next day passed a stool it’s amazing stuff
