My daughter is 3 and half years old she has global development delay when she soils or wee she always wears a nappy but never aware of this happening to tell me she needs changing it would leak or she be wet and not bothered at all. She’s being assessed at the minute and for a lot of things going on with her atm could it be autism?

GDD can affect toileting. Also worth checking if she’s constipated. Maybe speak to your health visitor- you should have access to a specialist health visitor
