What should I do on a long car journey with my autistic 16-year-old who is incontinent at night?

Hi, my son is 16 and is autistic. He wets the bed every night and we've tried seeing doctors about it and they can't seem to find any apparent issues? We've decided it's easiest for him to wear pull-ups in bed, which he sometimes needs a bit of help getting into at night. They are wet every morning and he is normally fine during the day but sometimes has some leaks, but we have a long car journey planned and I am certain he will sleep during the trip. I'm not sure whether we should just use the pull-ups during the entire trip and change them when he wets, which he doesn't always tell me when he does as he normally awakes wet, Or try something else? I think the pull-ups would be best but just wasn't sure. I've attached a picture of the pull-ups he wears at night.

Thanks!

Hi. I'd use the pull up and stress that it's just for the journey x
