Small bladder capacity

Hi does anyone know if you can make a small bladder capacity bigger, if so how? 110mls capacity only found out couple of months ago, 12 yr old boy, wetting at night badly. We have tried oxybutin 10mg at night now, tried 5mg morning and evening originally, desmotabs 240mg at night, stops drinking at 6, nothing only water to drink, charts intake and output, drinks 2.2 litres per day, double voiding, lifting at night, alarm which he doesn't hear, still wets up to 3 times per night, pullups in past, still wets badly, doing all above since he was 7. May do botox into bladder next...any advice? Please

Has he had a colon transit test? My son is 9 and has never been dry at night and has frequency. Also takes oxybutynin. Desmopressin did nothing. The alarm didn’t work. Recent colon transit test showed he has slow transit and therefore I think his bowels are impacted and squashing his bladder. I just posted because he is having laxatives daily and had questions about that.

Hi our 10 year old sounds similar... Small bladder capacity, urgency and frequency in the day and wetting at night.

Over the last 3 years we have tried oxybutinin, desmopressin, alarm, TENs machine, tolteridine and solfenicin (not sure I've spelt that right!). After all this and urodynamics tests, bladder scans, appointments with nurses and paediatric urology consultants we have just had confirmation that he will have Botox in the bladder (as the last lots of quite invasive tests confirmed he definitely has overactive bladder). Procedure will take place in the next couple of months. I don't dare hope it will finally be the answer but I really hope it is and it seems this is the last thing left that they are able to offer us.

Hope you guys find something that works soon too, it's a long journey :-(
