Suggestions please. Pull up pants out of stock and running low on supplies

Hi. Feeling really stressed as we are running low on pull up pants for my daughter and they are out of stock with no firm dates for being back in. She is 6 but in age 9/10 clothes. She wears around 5 or 6 pairs of ID comfy junior pull ups age 8-15 a day.

She finds drynites uncomfortable and noisy to wear. She is allergic to dry like me pads and the volume we need to contain is about 150-200ml. I haven’t yet found any pads marketed for adults which will comfortably fit in her pants. To get 1 day of reusable pants (+ 2 more sets to allow for 1-2 days for them to dry after washing) we would need 18 pairs of reusables. That’s about £150. And constant never ending pants on radiators and rinsing poo off before they are washed!

Anyone have an alternative brand of big kid pull up? Child size incontinence pads without moisture locking gels in them which irritate? Any suggestions? I find it hard to believe it’s only us in this situation.

I’m sad our overstretched NHS can’t pay for any pants as overactive bladder is treatable. (No improvements after 2.5 years so far). I’m more angry that companies can deal with incontinence products like this...

Hi Kate,

I'm sorry to hear you are in this situation. Would you like to call our Helpline or book a call? We can't wave a wand and stop her accidents but perhaps there is something else to manage the accidents through a supportive toilet routine that supports her bladder. It's a bit tricky to explain so please call or book a call with us here - ericcharity.secure.force.co...

Have you tried the little angels day & night pants from asda?

I think these are quite similar to the comfy junior pants, I ordered a sample of them and bar the printed designs on the outside they seemed to be identical.

They fit my granddaughter exactly the same and could absorb a similar amount, so I just kept buying the asda ones, much easier to get them with the weekly shop.

Annoyingly i cant seem to find them on there website but i bought 8 packs yestarday so they definitely have them.

StellaA thanks for the tip and for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately the larger size are unavailable on the website and they don’t have any in ASDA in my town! I wonder if they are made in the same factory and are having the same supply problems.?!

Thanks anyway. I will try to pop in again locally and perhaps another store to see if I have any more luck. Would be nice to be able to rely on a supply...! To would be one less thing to worry about!
