Can you help us to gather information to help demonstrate the impact that continence conditions can have on family life and a child's education?

Our anonymous survey has just two questions and will take less than a minute to complete. Thank you for your time!

My daughter started school two weeks ago. Last week should have been her first week of full days. She was sent home Tuesday until she stops having diarrhoea. ( I understand that because it was literally in her shoes and everything). Problem is, she has toddler diarrhoea! And that lasts til they’re five. So she could miss reception! She’s not five til May.

Then the older one is doubly incontinent. Has had even adult drugs like solefenacin for her bladder and even that doesn’t do a thing for her. She hasn’t made any progress at all. Her poo is like superglue and I can’t even get it off sometimes. She’s seen all the medical professionals and they’ve now given up. So she sits in poo all day.

Hoping they’ll let the younger one attend school soon! And I assume I’ll be forced to homeschool the older one soon because she’s impossible to clean without a bath. Even wet wipes don’t get it off.

I wish there was a school for incontinent kids. I’d volunteer if it meant they could attend school.
