5 year soiling but only at school.

My daughter is 5 she has had this problem for over a year now. I have had multiple docs appointments and they have done some tests but it is showing nothing. It only happens when she is at school with the soiling and she says that she has no feeling of needing to go to the toilet but does get stomach aches and that she says it feels like a pulling pain. She will have accidents nearly every day of the day of the week and they are becoming larger. This has happened at School today and this is the second time I have been called to collect her as she needed to come home to have a shower. The School, are sympathetic and did their best to clean her up. When at home, she had another 3 poo's. They are not always loose but some seem solid but not hard. She will normally have a bowel movement about 4/5 times a day. Switching between loose and solid. Throughout the weekend she wee's more often. We have had disruption as recently relocated from England to Wales, however, this was already happening in Reception, last year. I hope someone out there can advise as to this being either psychological because of school or possibly medical. Back to the GP tomorrow morning. I don’t have much advise I’m sorry. But just wanted to say hope you get things sorted.

Could be a mix of both physical and medical. Has she been referred to a paediatrician?

Also you said she has quite a few bowel movements a day usually, do you think she may possibly have a food intolerance or has she been tested for one?

And also has she been checked for constipation or faecal impaction? Sorry if she has. Not sure what tests she’s had x

She has been teated for intolerances and allergies but the docyors are sayih untill she starts loosing weight there is nothing they can do but I know something is not right

Oh it’s so frustrating. You just know as a parent when something’s not right don’t you.

Just keep researching as much as possible x
