Bed wetting

My 6 year old daughter has been potty trained since around 2, she uses the toilet during the day without a problem but wears night time nappies, for the past few months she has been peeing in her nappy while still awake (or should i say i have only noticed the past few months shes been doing it) im not exactly sure how long shes been doing it tbh.. when i ask her why she says i dont no, i have put a night light in her room incase she is to scared to get up and have moved her to the bottom bunk of her bunk beds thinking she may be to tired to climb down but she still does it, i really dont no what to do anymore, iv tryed taking her tablet away and not treating her but she still does it and i dont want to take her things away and punish her when she clearly is having some trouble with it and she admits when she has done it so i dont want to punish her as she may start lying as she will think she is in trouble, im tempted to leave her nappy off until she falls asleep the put it on when shes sleeping? Iv told her if shes scared she can call me or my partner and we will turn the light on and walk her to the toilet if shes scared but as i say she has a night light so i dont think being scared is the problem and she would say.. id appriciate any advise as i really dont no what to do im a first time mum and have no experience in this! I'm probably not the right person to comment as my daughter is still in nappies but I've done a lot of research.. Is she in pull ups rather than normal nappies so can easily pull them down, how early is she weeing in them? Is she in bed when she does it? Thinking about it from her point of view she's probably been doing since being in nappies so it's a hard habit to break although not right for her it's normal.

Thank you for your reply i really appriciate you taking the time to write to me, shes in pull ups there called pj pants, she watches her tablet for an hour in bed before she goes to sleep and shes been weeing in them within that hour, she uses the toilet during the day when she has been watching tv or a film so i just cant understand why she wees while watching her tablet in bed? Iv said to her lots of times she must get up and go to the toilet but she still wees while awake and iv said if she does have a dry night i wont no as there will be wee in her nappy from when she was awake! I had to take her to the drs yday as she now has a water infection and i think it may be because shes been laying in wee for so long she has antibiotics so hopefully it will clear up asap
