Which Malem alarm should I buy

Am new to this forum and looking for some advice,

Can anyone suggest which Malem alarm I should purchase for my daughter (nearly 7). She is a very deep sleeper and I have noticed that a couple of models specifically mention this - MO24, MO4, MO5. Am also wondering about a wireless option. Any views much appreciated.
