Have you looked at the ERIC website shop. There are quite a number of pants for daytime wetting on there.
My 6 year old son uses adult incontinence pads (Tena Lady Extra Plus), which works well for us. He wears trunk-style pants rather than briefs, so they don’t show when he changes for PE.
