Sluggish Peristalsis Can Be A Brain Issue

Hi, I just wanted to remind everyone that low or impaired brain/neurological functioning can negatively impact peristalsis, the wave motion that pushes food along the intestinal tract. This, in turn, affects bowel movements. Activities that improve brain function/body co-ordination like yoga or even sports like football can help.
