i have had ED problems since a car accident in 2012 when the nerves in my lower back were crushed. I have used herbal preps and cialis with some success though not much success presently. Also when i am able to reach an orgasm there is no ejaculate. Anyone else experiencing this and have a fix. My Doc is no help. Thanks

I am not a doctor, but I might suggest that the nerves that trigger ejaculation - which are not the same as the nerves that trigger orgasm - were also damaged in your accident. Maybe there is some test to figure that out, and then see what if anything can be done about it.

L-Arginine might be helpful. It has been called 'the poor man's viagra'. My lack of ejaculate is due to two prostate surgeries I've had -- TURP (roto rooter for enlarged prostate) and HIFU for prostate cancer. Lack of ejaculate is no great loss in my opinion.

I has prostate surgery two years ago. No erection possible even with Cialis and Viagra use, the pump was also a waste of time. Trimix works but only occasionally and only on the right side. Who did your prostate surgery for you?
